Patrick Hogg – Chiropractor

Patrick Hogg
“Medicine is the study of disease and what causes us to die, and chiropractic is the study of health and what causes us to live!”

Patrick was drawn to chiropractic when he first read this statement by Dr DD Palmer, founder of Chiropractic.

Patrick spent 5 years at the Anglo European Chiropractic College (AECC) in Bournemouth before gaining his MSc in Chiropractic. Under the guidance and care of Dr Battiston, Patrick experienced so many positive changes to his own body neurology and personal health, he was inspired to explore further chiropractic techniques.

As a chiropractor, Patrick has learnt that health isn’t just the absence of disease but a complete state of physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. He has a holistic approach to his own wellbeing, paying attention to his diet, exercise and thoughts, while allowing time for recreation. Patrick keeps himself happy and well balanced through practicing boxing and self-defence.

Behind Patrick’s cheerful, caring nature and eternal optimism lies an extremely knowledgeable and dedicated practitioner who is at home with everyone, and we are delighted to welcome him to our team at Complete Health.

Eastbourne Chiropractor Patrick Hogg is registered with the General Chiropractic Council and he is a member of the United  Chiropractic Association.

Ieva Gribuste – Chiropractor

The start of Ieva’s chiropractic story came from an unexpected and even impulsive decision made! Being originally from Latvia where at the time chiropractors where unknown, she likes to think it was fate that she found the course and decided to take her chances and move to UK to fulfill a dream, she didn’t know she’d have, in University of South Wales. Falling in love with a profession she knew so little about at the start of her journey has helped her keep an open mind and excitement to learn various chiropractic techniques and resources to develop as much knowledge as possible. It has also assisted in gaining more understanding and empathy of client’s emotional experiences when visiting a chiropractor for the first time.

Ieva’s favourite experiences outside the work include travelling around the globe that allows her to enjoy other cultures, cuisines and observing different people. Family has a high value in Ieva’s life, which is why visiting and keeping connected to her loved ones is a must, which helps in taking care of her wellbeing and reduce stress levels significantly- something Ieva is passionate about and loves to educate clients on. It’s important, being an introvert, to have alone recharge time for herself as well, where the cooking and excitement for movies, video games and romantic books come.

Chiropractor Ieva Gribuste is registered with the General Chiropractic Council and she is a member of the United Chiropractic Association.
