“Medicine is the study of disease and what causes us to die, and chiropractic is the study of health and what causes us to live!”
Patrick was drawn to chiropractic when he first read this statement by Dr DD Palmer, founder of Chiropractic.
Patrick spent 5 years at the Anglo European Chiropractic College (AECC) in Bournemouth before gaining his MSc in Chiropractic. Under the guidance and care of Dr Battiston, Patrick experienced so many positive changes to his own body neurology and personal health, he was inspired to explore further chiropractic techniques.
As a chiropractor, Patrick has learnt that health isn’t just the absence of disease but a complete state of physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. He has a holistic approach to his own wellbeing, paying attention to his diet, exercise and thoughts, while allowing time for recreation. Patrick keeps himself happy and well balanced through practicing boxing and self-defence.
Behind Patrick’s cheerful, caring nature and eternal optimism lies an extremely knowledgeable and dedicated practitioner who is at home with everyone, and we are delighted to welcome him to our team at Complete Health.
Eastbourne Chiropractor Patrick Hogg is registered with the General Chiropractic Council and he is a member of the United Chiropractic Association.

Lyndsey Keenan – Massage Therapist
As a Sports Massage Therapist, I am keen to enhance movement through the body using a variety of techniques tailored to an individual’s needs including effleurage, Petrissage, tapotement, active release, clinical cupping and rockpods, general stretches these techniques benefit the body by improving circulation of the blood and lymph, as well as improving tissue health through breaking down adhesions and welcoming balance to the body. Currently in my 2nd year Level 4 learning more advanced injury assessment-based therapies. Committed to provide personified care for each client based on your needs and tailoring treatments to address any specific concerns to promote relaxation and healing. Massage is not just a job to me but a passion. I will listen to your overall medical history and help you to get the most benefits from massage as my client. Look forward to meeting you all and helping promote your overall health and wellbeing. My personal interests include going to the gym and being outdoors as I like to keep physically active. I am also a mum to two lovely boys and know how stressful day to day life can be as a busy parent, especially trying to balance work and family life. I am happiest when helping others, so having a job working one to one with clients fits my personality and life so well. I hope to show empathy and understanding to my clients and help them flourish in their physical lifestyle as much as I can by promoting relaxation and good recovery. It’s easy to get stuck in a routine, but giving yourself an excuse to try something new can be the fuel you need to make happy positive changes! An hour a week for yourself is important. Going for massage, a facial or even just going for a long relaxing walk can make all the difference! You are important and so is your body. I look forward to seeing you when you are next at Complete Health.
